ORIGINS

Started in 2015, Crown Compliance Advisors began from being downsized during the recession. While some would view being laid off as a setback, John Bruch rather found an opportunity. His initial intention after being let go: to take time to figure out his next step and direction in life through relaxing. Soon however, as word travelled of his newfound freedom, John was contacted by friends and colleagues asking if he would assist with their compliance needs and provide guidance; thus Crown Compliance Advisors was birthed.

WORK BACKGROUND

John has extensive experience with OSHA and DOT regulatory compliance laws and policies. In his tenure with a large oilfield services company, he oversaw health, safety, and environmental compliance across three states, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, with responsibility for 9 frac crews, 12 cement crews, bulk plants, labs and maintenance shops. He was responsible for oversight and safety training for over 800 employees, developing processes to monitor employee certification compliance as well as developing policies for management controls, and conducting root cause analysis investigations into injuries/incidents in order to determine appropriate remedial work plans for prevention of future occurrence.
